? What is your role at Wizaly?
I’m in charge of the customer support . A department staffed by 3 data analysts whose main mission is to support all our customers from their first steps with Wizaly.
? Why did you join Wizaly’s teams?
I joined Wizaly because I am passionate about the Attribution topic and I was seduced by the dynamism of the company! Wizaly is a platform but it is also and above all a team of talents who put all their know-how together to offer a tool and services that are always at the cutting edge.
? What makes you an indispensable part of the customer success team?
My experience. More than 15 years in the digital sector with a career in agencies, consulting firms and at the advertiser’s site.
? What advice would you give to future new hires?
Challenging each other and challenging yourself non-stop! The team is constantly listening to ideas, advice and new approaches, so never hesitate to share your opinion.
? What do you like best about your job?
Diversity. We have clients of very different sizes and from very different sectors, which makes each support unique.
